I went into this process with Rocket Mortgage and to be perfectly honest I was not expecting it to be easy or uneventful. Let me say this.... WOW, I was blown away by the service that Samantha provided from start to finish!!! From a customer service perspective (which I am very sensitive to) Samantha in my most honest opinion has set the highest bar ever!
