Troy was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I never felt pressure or afraid of the entire transaction. I would work with Troy anytime. He not only assisted me with purchasing a home but he made me feel like we were friends. He is a valuable employee. Michael was a fabulous link to Rocket Mortgage. I really appreciated all of his efforts to close our loan as quick as possible. It took a little longer than we had initially anticipated but you were kind enough to keep us apprised of the progress and informed of every step. When it looked like things had stalled out you got things moving again.
