I was first introduced to Jay Carter through relocation assistance with my company. As I looked for homes the real-estate market was heating up! Jay worked diligently with my real-estate agent to provide loan information. Jay was able to turn around information in minutes even on weekends. The re-financing process was as painless as before and within weeks I had a new mortgage and lower payment.
