I am a first time home owner, who never in a million years believed that I would be approved for a loan, or the steps and process of it. Brandon Matti and Jennifer Parks held my hand, and walked me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone! Even when I thought we were going to be declined and we hit some pretty huge holes in the road Jennifer and Brandon ...I am a first time home owner, who never in a million years believed that I would be approved for a loan, or the steps and process of it. Not to mention with the app, and online log on for Rocket Mortgage you can always see what documents you need, what you need to do next, where in the process you are, and a little chat window for questions and concerns. Rocket Mortgage is defiantly where the future of mortgage is going.
Now I only wish I lived closer to their headquarters, I myself have a customer service related job and would only be so lucky to work for a company with such amazing customer service support!
