EXCEPTIONAL!!! Amy is a truly genuine individual! Last year when I got promoted and relocating from AZ to FL, I had so much on my plate with learning my new job responsibilities flying back and forth from Phoenix to Tampa for 3 months, and finding our house that Amy helped to make our home. We closed on our home yesterday. I have to say that Jim is completely and utterly amazing! He understood that a home loan can be a stressful situation for the buyers, and he was there to literally hold our hands throughout the entire process. I always knew I was in good hands, when Jim was just a text away.

His communication was outstanding, he left no questions unanswered, and he worked diligently throughout the entire process, even after we were turned over to the underwriters, to make sure that we were happy, and all her needs were met!

He was incredibly quick to return phone calls, and respond to text messages. Day or night, we got an answer immediately.

I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. I was actually pretty set with the loan I already had set up and debated in my head whether I should just say no thanks and hang up. I am happy to say that I am glad I didn't! Brian helped my wife and I to get a better deal on our loan and also stayed on top of the process from start to finish....I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. I was actually pretty set with the loan I already had set up and debated in my head whether I should just say no thanks and hang up. I am happy to say that I am glad I didn't! Brian helped my wife and I to get a better deal on our loan and also stayed on top of the process from start to finish. He even put up with my constant questions and changes. Right off the starting line Jay made me feel like I was the only client he had. I was a little apprehensive at first with a complete online mortgage process, but after working with Mr Carter that quickly diminished.
