Started working with him prior to a relocation to California to get the ball rolling and it made the process SO much easier to have the loan approval essentially done at the time we started to house hunt. Bill walked thru the step by step on and in some cases called me back even after I would get so frustrated with the purchase of my fist home. Bill continued to be my goto guy through out the whole process.
