When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Over a period of several weeks, we found and asked Mario to prepare pre-approval letters for each of 4 - 5 different properties, which he always did quickly and cheerfully. Unfortunately, due to the fast paced real estate market, 4 of the 5 properties were already under ...When we started looking for homes in the Austin/Cedar Park, Texas area, we had no idea that properties were moving so fast. Unfortunately, due to the fast paced real estate market, 4 of the 5 properties were already under contract by the time we were able to present our offer. On our fifth attempt to purchase a home, the seller requested a faster than normal closing time, and once again Mario worked to accomodate our request. The fifth time "was a charm" however, and we are scheduled to close on our new home in a few days. We would highly recommend Mario Glimpse and the whole Rocket Mortgage team and process. Nate was great to work with. It took about 45 days from initial contact until closing of my loan. This was after first working with a well known bank for over 60 days with no progress.
