i can't believe how kind and helpful he has been. He has been available to us whenever we have needed an answer to our nervous questions about this process. We never believed it would be as easy as he has made it for us. W e feel that Len is great at his job and should go far at your company. Pamela found a way for us to get preapproved when KeyBank and others didn't even look at different options. She was very knowledgeable in the whole process and had us preapproved in less than 1 hour. We were relocating which was more stressful and she made the process easier for us. Wouldn't have a problem with recommending her and Rocket Mortgage.
