After a horrible experiance with another lender, I gave Rocket Mortgage a call and was hooked up with Brian. Everything about Brain and Rocket Mortgage was super easy and handled quickly. I wouldn't recommend any other lender and anyone.

Brian is a Loan writing Rock Star who perform at the highest level. He is a straight shooter and took care of me along the entire process. Great communicator who never rushed me or spoke in language that was above me. I highly recommend even to my mother-in-law, that's how great he is.

This was by far the easiest refi I have ever done, and Nichole made the whole process easy. She told me what was needed, how to do it, and kept me informed the whole way. Brian took the time to listen to my story, get all the facts and told me he would know if I was approved within 48 hours. All other mortgage companies did not take the time to follow through and listen like Brian did. He even called me on a saturday when he was out with his family. Brian has amazing patients, he explained every step through the loan process. I was truly shocked by Brians dedication to his job. He helped me with getting my home and starting over. I can not say enough good things about Brian and the Rocket Mortgage Team. The closing process was just as quick and easy, in less than a months time, I had keys in my hand to my house.
