My husband and I were ready to give up until we saw a Rocket Mortgage commercial on TV. Since we'd lived in the Detroit area for several years, I had heard good things about your company. I couldn't believe how fast things got done -- especially with Rocket Mortgage. Charles was there every step of the way ---- and we owe him such a debt of gratitude for taking our case. I am retired US Army and my husband is retired US Coast Guard. What a blessing to know that Charles was there for us in our time of need and we will always be grateful for him not letting us give up on the process. Sean was awesome! We were looking for a house for a year...we found 3 houses we liked in that time....2 of which we lost out on. Then we finally found the perfect house and our offer was accepted. We were selling our current residence as well which was a nightmare. Because the lenders of the people purchasing our house didn't have their stuff together like Rocket Mortgage we almost lost the ...Sean was awesome!
