Steven Fox spent over an hour on the phone with me several times. I did not think I was in a position to move into town, the houses in town were 70% more expensive and my wife and I have been driving into town every day for work and kids sports. The cost of driving in was more than the cost differences in homes in and out of the city. Were were in a catch 22. An opportunity came up to buy a friend’s house on short notice without a realtor and save my friend and I a lot of money.
Steven walked us through every step and made it happen for us. This took a lot of time and was way beyond what I would expect. Great job Steven.
