I met Brian by contacting Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage. I was going through my divorce and did not know where to begin. Brian took the time to listen to my story, get all the facts and told me he would know if I was approved within 48 hours. All other mortgage companies did not take the time to follow through and listen like Brian did. He even called me on a saturday when he was out with his family. Brian has amazing patients, he explained every step through the loan process. I was truly shocked by Brians dedication to his job. He helped me with getting my home and starting over. I can not say enough good things about Brian and the Rocket Mortgage Team. The closing process was just as quick and easy, in less than a months time, I had keys in my hand to my house.
