If I didn't get her on an initial call, she always returned the call when she was available. If I could I would give Sam 10 stars. He is the greatest!! He explains everything and answers all the questions you can throw at him, and he actually seems happy to do it. I have never received such good customer service from ANY company. I would deal with him again and again!! He is a gem!!
