She never became irritated when we had questions, and she took time to explain what would occur each step of the process. She worked tirelessly, even on the eve of a Holiday, to make sure she could assist. Even when the loan process was completed, we felt confident in her to ask other financial questions that fell within here expertise. Had it not been for Suzy, we would have without question taken our business elsewhere.
