This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. It was an amazing experience. She was fantastic at follow up, even before we were a client. I spoke to her during the process of deciding what lending company I would like to use and prior to getting pre-approved. Her follow up every couple of weeks in a non aggressive way, lead me towards Rocket Mortgage and working with her. ...This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. It was an amazing experience. She was fantastic at follow up, even before we were a client. I spoke to her during the process of deciding what lending company I would like to use and prior to getting pre-approved. Her follow up every couple of weeks in a non aggressive way, lead me towards Rocket Mortgage and working with her. It took us a while to sell our home and she continued to check in to see how things were progressing up until the time we were ready, which was about 6 months. I work at a company were are customers are treated like Kings. The challenge is not everyone else has that same motto, which normally sets me up for a disappointment. One of my biggest pet peeves for me is having to call to find out how things are progressing and for me to do the majority of the communicating to make sure everything is ok. I did not have to do that with Jennifer. She was amazing with email and phone correspondence. I was never concerned about any step, because she either gave me an update or made sure I was comfortable with the next step. I know she was extremely busy, but she never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She made the horrible process of getting a home loan a pleasant one and even enjoyable.
