I bought my first home at age 18, I am in my fifties now. I've had many home mortgages ( 3 currently ) With each mortgage came a different experience . Brandon is an achiever in the sense that he means what he states. Although our condo had some issues in terms of legal, building etc. Brandon patiently stood by to achieve the loan under acceptable conditions imposed by the underwriters. When my loan was finally closed he came back 2 months later with a better rate of which I thought he forgot - But he didn't and refinanced at a better rate with ...Brandon is an achiever in the sense that he means what he states. Very pleasant to deal with- the deal didn't change throughout the process and in the end everything went very smoothly. On the one hand, the constant daily phone call updates were a little tiresome, but it was better than the alternative and other local brokers who were difficult to get a hold of.
