Rick called me at just the right time and "timing is everything." He handled my first refi/buyout a year earlier. He called with an amazing offer to refinance at a lower interest rate with absolutely no expense to me. My mortgage payment is lower and although I fell into a 7 year ARM I do plan to move within the next few years so it all seems to be working out...

Lets just say that we had some last minute credit issues and HOA issues come up and she worked closely with her Credit team, my Realtor, and the Seller to get this deal to closing. I m not sure how she was abel to reply to my hundreds of stressed out emails so quickly and calmly. Her level of service is truly impressive.
