I was first introduced to Jay Carter through relocation assistance with my company. As I looked for homes the real-estate market was heating up! Jay worked diligently with my real-estate agent to provide loan information. Jay was able to turn around information in minutes even on weekends. Jay and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage Team worked closely with me through the whole process right up to closing. I ended up with a great mortgage and what I thought was the lowest interest rate I would ever see.
Then roughly 6 months later, Jay contacted me by phone indicating rates had dropped once again. The re-financing process was as painless as before and within weeks I had a new mortgage and lower payment.
