Laura Millard kept me sane during the often stressful home buying process. She made herself available to answer questions via email or via phone whenever we had them (and I had plenty of ridiculous ones I am sure.) While remaining completely professional, Laura was also understanding, compassionate, caring, helpful and was able to relate to me as a mom, which was all the more helpful as we worked...Laura Millard kept me sane during the often stressful home buying process.
