The lending process was broken up in phases, each headed by a different contact person. Even when Graham wasn't the point person, he was always available. He even checked in with us at different times to see how things were going.

Steven Fox spent over an hour on the phone with me several times. I did not think I was in a position to move into town, the houses in town were 70% more expensive and my wife and I have been driving into town every day for work and kids sports. An opportunity came up to buy a friend’s house on short notice without a realtor and save my friend and I a lot of money.
