I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about using an online service for my home mortgage. After a relative took advantage of the Rocket Mortgage process for his loan, I decided to see how involved it might be. I was extremely lucky. David Stanczak was assigned my loan for processing. I went from "investigating" to processing immediately. David made sure the process was as painless as possible. He remained in daily contact with me throughout the process and ALWAYS answered my questions almost immediately. He has a systemized approach to requesting the required documentation. He somehow, kept up with what I needed to send him and what he already had.
Since working with David, I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to several other friends and relatives. I had one relative that was not quite satisfied with their Rocket Mortgage banker and I suggested they specifically ask for David to handle their loan processing. Unfortunately, because of their state location, he could not help them.

or Troy was assigned to our loan. We had a VA loan, with one bad thing left on our credit (that we had spent MUCH time repairing). Nobody wanted to deal with us. But Rocket Mortgage and Troy took us on. We had to wait a year for the bad thing to fall off our credit report, not to mention the one hundred million details that go into a VA loan.
