She is very professional and personable, very transparent, patient, especially when it came to answering the million questions I had for her (especially after hours), she never once made me feel like I was doing too much or that she didn’t want to help me. From a business standpoint, her work ethic is unmatched and her resilience on behalf of the client is impeccable to say the least. If it could be done, Stacy was going to not only find a way to do it, but do it efficiently. I had my reserves working with Rocket because I knew little about the company, but working with her empowered me as a first time homebuyer and made me much more comfortable.
From day 1, she was everything that I needed and more to help this process go very smooth. She was very flexible and was able to work with my schedule, as ever changing as it was. The stress relief that I felt being able to leave certain things in her more than capable hands is definitely mention worthy. I could truly go on about how AWESOME AND AMAZING she was to me during the buying process and how she went above and beyond to make sure that we were successful in our endeavors.
