Mr. Rettew was easy to work with and very responsive. My only critique is not based on his actions, but Rocket Mortgage procedures. I wish I would have known there was more than 1 type of preapproval letter - would have made our transaction a lot less eventful. However, Mr. Rettew was a pleasure to work with.

My local realtor initially cautioned us against working with online mortgage lenders like Rocket, but the perks were too hard to ignore from my fiancée's employer with Rocket. Tim was very responsive and the entire team at Rocket was very helpful in answering our many many questions quickly. They worked with our local realtor and were on top of things promptly throughout the entire process.
