Alyson Phan! has gone OVER AND ABOVE the call of duty! She has talked for hours, explaining things with an extreme amount of patience and detail to my parents and I (who don't really understand how mortgages work at all). She has done this over and over again, late at night and on weekends.

She also worked her brilliant savvy magic to get me a 3.99% when she discovered I have extra credits at ...Alyson Phan! has gone OVER AND ABOVE the call of duty! Krunaal was fine but stay away from Rocket Mortgage if you want service, responsiveness, and a group of people that seem to only know one task. Cross training definitely not something they can define.
