I chose Rocket mortgage because I have dealt with them for over 24 years with mortgages and refinancing and have always been treated fairly and with respect. Unfortunately after this experience with Joe and his team, repeatedly lying to me, repeatedly asking the same question or requesting the same documents 2 and 3 times. I did finally get to close, however I will never use Rocket mortgage ...I chose Rocket mortgage because I have dealt with them for over 24 years with mortgages and refinancing and have always been treated fairly and with respect. Unfortunately after this experience with Joe and his team, repeatedly lying to me, repeatedly asking the same question or requesting the same documents 2 and 3 times.
