Cortni was my everything for my home purchase, the seller wanted to go thru a lawyer vice Real Estate Agent, leaving many of the normal agent tasks on me, however Cortni was on top of everything, from all home inspections for the VA all the way through signing and all issues that needed repair. Without Cortni this would not of happened. i would recommend Cortni to anyone purchasing a home.
