I met jay over the phone when I called Rocket Mortgage about refinancing my mortgage. Jay took interest in my mortgage needs, taking time to answer my questions, especially about the fact that the mortgage was under water. Jay kept in constant contact with me throughout the application and review process, giving me tips to keep up or stay ahead of the process. To tell you the truth I don't even know where to start. Being a team member here I knew Amy would be the team member I wanted to work with. Amy didn't treat me as a team member. She treated me as a family member. She went above expecations to insuring I understood the process. Buying a home can be scary however, Amy made it fun! I am very thankful for her and I am blessed I can say she was apart ...To tell you the truth I don't even know where to start.
