My husband and I were wanting to downsize and found the perfect home for us. I contacted Rocket Mortgage since we had 3 prior homes with you, one we just paid off in July. We are transferred through to Noor to start the process of getting us pre-approved. From the beginning she was amazing. Noor got us pre-approved and I proceeded with bidding on the home. When I didn't understand what they were asking for or needed help with some tasks she was able to assist us with getting the information. One task about a compnay my husband used to work forwas a sticking point . We couldn't get the information that Rocket was asking for, she was able to get it. Noor went above and beyond to assist us with any issues that came up. When I was getting frustrated with all the different people that were involved I would resort to calling her and she would calm me down. That is customer service at it's highest. We cannot say enough about her positive energy, her calming demeanor and her thoughtfulness during this whole process. All we really can say is THANK YOU Noor for all you did for us. With this being our fourth house with rocket mortgage, this experience with Noor was the best out of four. Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There were several concerns, however. When we approached this loan, with a home that was free and clear of any debt, we stated the urgency in which the process needed to be concluded. I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There were several concerns, however. When we approached this loan, with a home that was free and clear of any debt, we stated the urgency in which the process needed to be concluded. We were purchasing a home through the local sherrif's tax forclosure auction and the terms were 30 days. It was assured to be completed on time. Fast forward 60+ days and the loan was finally going to close after being asked by several people in the company, through tasks on the mobile application or through telephone calls to us, to re-submit supporting documents or to provide clarification on items listed in the inspection that were not only complete, but not necessary due to the inspector's inept abilities to clarify on his report. The overall process not only took longer than the assured time, but we were out the $3200 deposit we put down on the property and the home was demolished by the city and we lost the more than $4,000 we had done in repairs to the property.
