I have been unintentionally rude , absentminded, ignorant, micromanaging, unavailable, disconnected from the beginning of working with contacting Alex Collins, Brent Little, mortgage broker for rocket mortgage, Keonna Etienne Experienced, calm, patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with immediate response to my concerns, so easy to understand, enjoyable, prompt, way available, I am certain...I have been unintentionally rude , absentminded, ignorant, micromanaging, unavailable, disconnected from the beginning of working with contacting Alex Collins, Brent Little, mortgage broker for rocket mortgage, Keonna Etienne Experienced, calm, patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with immediate response to my concerns, so easy to understand, enjoyable, prompt, way available, I am certain I have been the hardest client they ever had or will ever have. I'm old,ill, I don't have skills in providing documentation over internet, I am nearly blind doing all tasks to aquire insurance , for my home, to locate understandings about properties, to achieve a loan through a very long process , meanwhile being to time zones away.
These individuals are extremely qualified, trustworthy, involved in bringing the BEST service , above average, gentle, but PROFESSIONAL, ABSOLUTE INTEGRITY, putting one at ease each time the overwhelming paralysis ,being petrified of this journey we're on in However this Rocky, slippery , no oxygen everest climb we're on these professionals that have dropped in my contact list have been not only good but superb Samaritans in fulfilling my needs from them.Read MoreRead Less
