He went above and beyond to stay in contact with me while helping delete (via letter of removal) a stale $122 credit collection, after full payment, from the reporting agency. Curtis provided valuable guidance, verbiage and institutional experience for negotiating with the collections company, which ultimately gave me the information to succeed. His daily updates on the status were unbelievably helpful.
