Started things off with an inquiry about 6 months before I was planning on moving, and got back to him 6 months later when I was ready and he remembered me and had all my info at hand to start the process with me. Completely helpful all the way, and not pushy at all (as I was also in touch with my current lender Mr. Cooper who did not seem as polished or accomodating.)
