Christian has been an absolute gem of a human being throughout this process. Whenever I have a question it is answered quickly and in a way I can easily understand. We started looking at homes when we were pre-qualified and unexpectedly found our home very quickly. When the seller had doubts about our finances due to not having a "verified" pre-approval and only being "pre-qualified", Christian ...Christian has been an absolute gem of a human being throughout this process. Whenever I have a question it is answered quickly and in a way I can easily understand. We started looking at homes when we were pre-qualified and unexpectedly found our home very quickly. When the seller had doubts about our finances due to not having a "verified" pre-approval and only being "pre-qualified", Christian stepped up to bat for us. He had a call with the sellers agent to assure them of our financial stability and inform them that we had provided all of our information for the verification process. Our offer was accepted that night! We have not yet closed, but so far this process has been a breeze, especially since Christian is willing to communicate via text message. (What elder gen-z/baby millennial wouldn't love that?) He has also never reacted in judgement to any of my questions, even when they seem silly in hindsight.
