Jose's professionalism and service was outstanding. It was my first personal loan and I was nervous to say the least. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made his self available at late hours of the day and even sometimes on weekends. He showed care, concern and thoughtfulness during the whole purchase of my home and it didn't hurt that we did the whole thing in Spanish! I ...Jose's professionalism and service was outstanding.
