All of the folks at Rocket Mortgage were fantastic to work with! Kent Wentzel was our banker throughout the mortgage process, and he was very knowledgeable, accommodating, informative, available when needed, and super customer service oriented! Kent found the best product for our needs and explained everything about the mortgage clearly and concisely. In addition, Kent followed up with a phone call on the day of closing to be sure everything went smoothly. I cannot say how much I appreciated that extra bit of customer service! I have already recommended Kent to my sister who is likely going to refinance soon.
