I had heard Rocket Mortgage ads and considered them as I needed to refinance a condo we own. Aaron contacted me and I was confident from the get-go that I had the right place and the right person! AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. HE WAS VERY REASSURRING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME". WHEN CERTAIN TEAM MEMBERS DID GET BACK WITH ME, IT WAS LIKE A TYPICAL STANDARD RESPONSE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BUT THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT I TALKED TO.

IN FRUSTRATION, I ALWAYS TURNED TO AARON AND SAID, "LOOK, I WORK FOR A TITLE COMPANY I KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLES ANSWERS REALLY MEAN AND WHERE THEY GET THEM FROM, I HONESTLY DO GET THAT! BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOMETHING FROM THE TITLE COMPANY (FOR EXAMPLE) I JUST SENT THAT YESTERDAY!"

AARON TRULY HAD A HANDS ON APPROACH AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE WITH HIS ANSWERS IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION FOR WHATEVER REASON, HE VERY POLITELY ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM A LITTLE TIME TO RESEARCH IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHICH HE DID DO.
