Adam and I share the same last name, which is no accident, but I must say that I didn't realize his knowledge base entirely until I really started digging in swapping a 7/1 for a 30 and a HELOC vs a higher 1st, basically trying every possible combination. The point being is that I'm very impressed with him, which is a lot to say coming from a younger brother. He get's my vote of approval!
