Alex was extremely helpful and creative in helping me refinance a house to find funds to remodel. It was complicated because the house is a family rental and didn't qualify for a regular loan. Lots of assets but my monthly income was a problem. It took a lot of finessing to make everything work. I ended up with a better loan and a better interest rate. Thank you Alex!
