Chris and I just wanted to thank you for making the whole refinance process would go and why and when. You helped us with uploading the documents. We went from 3.99 to 2.99 and went from a 30 year to a 20 year. We had about 24 years left on the 30-year loan. You also told me about the equity in our home.
