Alex did a very good job on our loan. He was attentive, he had great follow up and worked hard to get us the best terms. Alex made getting our loan as painless as possible. He was patient and hung in there when he almost lost our deal (not because of his efforts or Rocket Mortgage). I would work with Alex again, he made the entire process worth while.
