I believe I've reviewed Alex already but am glad to sing his praise once more. He struck me as possibly new to this job but that is not a negative. Overall, Alex was attentive, gave answers to all questions, and came across as sincere about his efforts to assist with this loan. No complaints. I suspect he will do well with Rocket.
