I don't take reviews lightly, but I can honestly say that Alex S. was a pleasure to work with! This is our 2nd refi through Rocket Mortgage. This time we did a 15 yr. I had very specific guidelines and wishes that Alex took to heart and stayed in contact with me day and night regardless of the time difference. Super helpful and replied promptly. To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls.
