After our conversation, I was a little worried about proceeding with your loan after I reviewed data on previous sales in your area. I would never want to put a loan into process that I was not confident was going to close. Since we already service your loan and had a majority of the needed information on file, I can see how you felt frustrated after speaking with us three times and we weren’t able to find a new loan solution.
