Allen was easy to deal with. However, the payoff amount on some of the accounts were wrong, more than owed. The check were sent to me to forward to the vendors and it will take three to four weeks for them to refund the overpayment amount owed to me. Interest quoted was 6.8% but ended up 7.25%. What a surprise. We will deal with than at another time.
