To give some more background:
Initially, I went online and filled out a refinance application. Immediately, a loan professional got in touch with me via a phone call; however, that experience left me not impression. So I ignore the initially load estimate when it was sent to me for about two to three week.

Then, I received a call from Allison following up on the information that was sent to me. I told her I do not like the load estimate document that is sent to me, and that I am no longer interested in doing the refinance with Rocket Mortgage.Read MoreRead Less
