We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; we even got to the closing and signatures. We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; we even got to the closing and signatures. The Notary was informed 1 hour before the signing, and had very little time to organize and be ready for the signing - the papers were not ready and were full of errors; so we just canceled out of the process and got directly in touch with Rocket Mortgage. Then Alvin came into the picture - fully understanding our embarassment from not going with Rocket Mortgage in the first place. He gave us the royal service - he really knows what he is doing - and the whole loan process was completed witout a bunch of going back and forth and without delays. I hope Alvin is still with Rocket Mortgage next time we need a mortgage change - he is the best I have ever seen with no exceptions.Read MoreRead Less
