Alyssa was great to work with. There we’re so many things that I was not aware of and filled me in on everything. Alyssa gave me options based on my current financial situation and guided me through the whole process. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had . It was stress-free, everything was done at my convenience. Alyssa called me long after her working hours to finish things up cause I was unable to be reached due to my hectic work schedule. I was extremely nervous about my low credit score and how it would effect my approval and she just ensured me that I had nothing to worry and sure enough I was approved, barely made it with a low credit score of 622. If I had known the process was going to be so quick and easy I would have refinanced awhile ago.
