Andre provided friendly professional help in facilitating our loan process. We had tried to secure a Reverse Mortgage from AAG prior to contacting Rocket Mortgage but were misled by their empty promises and un-professional handling of our application. Once we called Rocket Mortgage and Andre took over we were pleasantly surprised how easy he made it happen. He led us away from a Reverse Mortgage ...Andre provided friendly professional help in facilitating our loan process. I would actually give Andre 100 stars! He was always very prompt in getting back to me with the details of refinancing my home. In fact, we sealed the deal within a few hours! I had a few glitches with some of the other loans I consolidated into the refinance and Andre was fantastic in responding to me calls and got me to where I needed to be to resolve the issues. Everyone I have worked with ...I would actually give Andre 100 stars! He was always very prompt in getting back to me with the details of refinancing my home.
