He was extremely helpful in the online signing stuff however we felt a little lost after that. Apparently there were more things that needed to be done and sent in than we knew and we didn’t know to go back on line to check. This caused a delay. Then it was like he disappeared. Then we were contacted by someone other than Andrew which was very confusing to us.

It just seemed like we were expected to know what to do when we didn’t have any clue. Then we sent in stuff that our online thing showed it being received but after another delay we were told that it had not been sent in. ( it had been)
But during our brief time with Andrew he was great!
