We had a wonderful experience overall with Rocket Mortgage, however our loan officer experience was not equally great. Our first officer left and no one notified us for several months, we did not get support on when to lock in rates and our questions were not answered in a timely manner. I also have to send several reminders to get the information needed. Our first officer left and no one notified us for several months, we did not get support on when to lock in rates and our questions were not answered in a timely manner. I also have to send several reminders to get the information needed. I even had to escalate the issue to get an answer. It is such a shame because Henry, our first loan officer was wonderful and somehow the ball was dropped when he left. Andrew is the reason I selected Rocket Mortgage. When I first bought my home 3 years ago there was an error on my credit report from a previous mortgage company that was making the process very difficult.
Andrew was able to find a work around to make the purchase possible.

Three years one lawyer and some expense later I was able to finally get the error removed from my credit report. I contacted Mr. Stokes again to refinance to eliminate mortgage insurance. Andrew and the excellent team at Rocket Mortgage was able to close my loan in about two weeks.
