When I was looking for a mortgage, I contacted SEVEN companies, among them were: Wells Fargo - where I had my car financed; JP Morgan Chase, where I do my banking; and NationStar/Mr Cooper, where our present home is financed. This loan, with Andrew, financed the FIFTEENTH HOUSE I've purchased in my lifetime.
I believe that makes me something of an expert in home purchasing.
