This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy (failure to reaffirm a mortgage) and returned me to stability with my home mortgage. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this ...This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first.
