My loan process was extremely long due to a change in the bank that held my HELOC unexpectedly refusing to do a subordination agreement similar to the one they had agreed to in my earlier refinance with Rocket Mortgage years ago. Annmarie quickly solved the issue by having the refinance payoff the HELOC.
